Twenty-Six Clusters, One Kind Of Ramp
JLT is laid out in lettered clusters, each with its own podium car park, and the ramps into them are as tight as any in the city. That is where we get called most: a rim caught on a cluster ramp, or a car that sat in the podium all day while its owner worked in a DMCC office above and came down to a flat. The one-way loops around the lakes also mean a flat here is not something you want to limp out of.
Send the cluster letter, the tower name and the level, and we come to the bay. If a podium ceiling or ramp is too low for the service van we say so before setting off and meet you at the tower's drop-off instead. JLT sits next to the Marina, so it is one of the areas we reach fastest.
