TyreFix Dubai ("we", "us") operates www.tyrefixdubai.ae. This page explains what information is collected when you use the site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and specific because that is how we would want to read it.

1. What we collect and why

When you call or message us

Your phone number, the location you give us, and what you tell us about the car and the tyre. We use these to come to you, do the work and, if you call again, to know who you are. We do not use them for marketing.

When you visit the website

Our advertising is protected against click fraud by Clicksora (Clicksora LLC), a service that records, for each visit: your IP address and the network it belongs to, your device and browser type, the page you landed on and the advertising click identifier in its address (such as a Google Ads gclid), the referring page, and how the page was used — time on page, scrolling, and whether you tapped call or WhatsApp. The purpose is to tell genuine visitors from automated or fraudulent ad clicks so that our advertising budget is spent on real customers. Some of this is stored in your browser's local storage so that a repeat visit is recognised.

The same service records how the page is used through PostHog session replay, which captures mouse and touch movement, scrolling and taps on this site. It does not record what you type, and there are no forms on this site.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which sees the technical details of every request (IP address, browser) in order to deliver and protect the site.

Advertising conversions

When an ad click leads to a genuine job, we report that back to Google Ads using the click identifier from the ad, the time, and a value — not your name or phone number. Google uses this to measure our advertising. Only calls that became real jobs are reported; nothing else about your visit is sent to Google by us.

2. Who we share it with

The processors named above (Clicksora, PostHog, Cloudflare, Google Ads) act on our instructions to provide the site and protect our advertising. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

3. How long we keep it

Visit records are kept for as long as they are needed to protect our advertising and investigate fraud, and no longer than the retention period of the service that holds them. Your phone number and the details of a job are kept for as long as we need them to deal with follow-up questions about that job.

4. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any record we must keep.
• You can block the tracking described above with a content blocker or by disabling scripts for this site; the site still works, and calling or messaging us does not depend on it.
• If you do not want your visit recorded, do not use the site — call us directly instead. The number works the same.

5. Changes
