Terms of Service

These terms describe how TyreFix Dubai ("we", "us") works with you when you use this website or ask us to come to your car. They are written plainly on purpose.

1. What we do

We are a mobile tyre service in Dubai. We come to your car — home, office, roadside or car park — for flat tyres, puncture repair, tyre repair, tyre replacement, mobile tyre change, and rim repair or replacement, for cars, SUVs and light vans. We work 8AM – 10PM, every day. We have no shop, so nothing is left with us.

2. Response times

"Usually within 30 minutes" is our typical time to reach you in Dubai; it is an estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather and where you are change it, and we tell you the realistic time when you call.

3. The price

We tell you what the tyre needs and agree a fixed price with you before any work starts. We charge nothing you have not agreed to first. If, once we see the car, the work needed is different from what was described on the phone, we tell you and agree the price again before going on.

4. Repair or replace

We repair a tyre when it is safe to do so and say so when it is not. Our advice on whether a tyre or rim can be repaired is an honest professional opinion given at the car; the decision to repair or replace is yours.

5. What we ask of you

• Stop somewhere safe and tell us accurately where the car is.
• Be reachable on the number you called from, and be with the car or arrange for someone to be.
• Tell us anything relevant about the car — a locking wheel nut, a spare that has been used, a tyre that has been driven on flat.

6. Responsibility

We take care of your car while we work on it and are responsible for the work we carry out. We are not responsible for damage that existed before we arrived, for problems caused by driving on a damaged tyre or rim before we got there, or for parts of the car we did not work on.

7. The website

Information on this site is general guidance about tyres and about how our service works. It is not a substitute for looking at your actual tyre, which is what we come to do. Prices are not listed on the site because they depend on the tyre and the work needed.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts of Dubai.
